Cancellation / Late Arrival / No Show Policy 


CANCELLATION POLICY

At least 48hrs cancellation notice is required. If an appointment is cancelled after the 48hr window a charge a 50% of the appointment booking is applicable. A payment link via SumUp will be automatically sent for immediate payment.

LATE ARRIVALS

There is a 15 minute grace period for late arrivals. After this window, treatments will typically not be carried out due to the impact it would have on other client bookings. In these circumstances the appointment is 75% chargeable.

NO SHOWS

For an appointment no show 75% of the original cost of the appointment is chargeable. This is done via a payment link which is sent for immediate payment.

All clients receive 2 reminder text messages (72hrs & 24hrs) before their appointment. Therefore, if an amendment to an appointment is required, I will do my absolute best to accommodate those changes. I just ask that those amendments are done (at the latest) as soon as the 72 hour reminder is received.
